Jayaprakash Adloor – Founder and Managing Director

JAYAPRAKASH ADLOOR (JP) is an accomplished technologist turned entrepreneur with 27 years of multifunctional experience. JP has Software Development, IT Network, and IT Security high level consulting experience spanning over 7 years in USA and Middle East.

JP is a co-founder of Ajira Technologies Inc., USA (www.ajira.com) and has been involved with offshore software product development for the past 7 years, leading efforts in planning and staffing software development teams, organizing offshore software development and project managing these efforts on time and on budget for companies such as Inktomi and System Integration Solutions, Inc. (SIS Inc.'s customers included Visa, Verizon, Pacbell, Charles Schwab, etc.).

JP has partnered with Compliance LLC., U.S.A. and provides IT Security services for their clients in USA and India.

JP is a manufacturer-exporter of Custom Rubber Rollers that are used in graphic arts industry such as Offset and Rotogravure printing.

JP began his career in Grindwell Norton Ltd., Bangalore and worked in Coates of India Ltd., Chennai and Gum India Ltd., Chennai before moving on to London. He has extensively traveled around the world. JP graduated with a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from A.C. College of Technology, University of Madras, Chennai and an M.B.A from Dept. of Mgmt. Studies, University of Madras, Chennai.

Narasimhan Santhanam, Founder and Director

Narasimhan Santhanam (Narsi) is an IT specialist turned entrepreneur focusing on providing technical solutions for IT Strategies, System design and implementation, integrated computing, inter and intra networking solutions, WAN, LAN, Wireless connectivity, VSAT and RF, Internet security, etc. He is a consultant to leading multinational and national organisations in power, petrochemicals, oil & gas and manufacturing sectors.

 

Narsi promoted and heads one of the leading IT companies in South India representing as business partner the world's leading IT companies - Compaq, Hewlett Packard, IBM Lenova, Acer, Microsoft, CISCO, 3COM, AT&T, Bay Networks, etc. He is a consultant in the marketing of consumer electronics products of Toshiba, National Panasonic and Aiwa.

 

Earlier, Narsi worked for eight years with leading multinational IT companies including, Digital, Wang, Microsoft, AT&T in sales, marketing and customer support in the Middle East including Dubai, Abudhabi, Kuwait and Bahrain.

 

Narsi took his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Madras, Chennai with specialization in MIS and Marketing, after gaining a Master’s degree in Electronics from University of Madras, Trichy.
